Shutdown error

Whe I shut down my system I get a blue screen showing
this error

Stop 0x0000007e (0x0000005, 0xf882e941, 0xf8ADD9C8,
Oxf8OD6C8)

kbdclass.sys address F882E941 base at F882EOOO datestamp
3d6ddads

And it wont shut off I have to hold the power button in
for several seconds to turn the computer off and this
happens when I am jeither restarting or shutingdown?
