Shutdown Alert

When system is going to shutdown, I want to receive an Alert. Whats
configuration is required for this requirement.

When you say "going to shutdown" do you mean a scheduled shutdown, a manual
shutdown, a crash, ?

There are a lot of monitoring applications out there that can help - I
presume there's another computer/server on this LAN that will be able to run
something, right?
 
When I say "Going to Shutdown" Means Manual Shutdown.
