Shut down screen.

Does anyone know how to get this screen from the drop
down menu to the one with the three colored icons that
say, Stand By, Shut Down and Restart. I used to have the
screen pop up where it had those three with yellow(i
think) green and orange icons. Now I downloaded some
windows updates and i have this drop down menu. Its very
annoying to have something changed without knowing it was
going to change. Thanks in advance for any help.
