Shut Down Problems....

My computer seems to be restarting everytime I choose to
shut down. After consulting Help and Support, I unchecked
the "Automatically Restart" box and received this error
message:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

***STOP: 0x0000000A
(0x000002CC,0x000000FF,0x00000000,0x80523912)

I tried searching in the database for a solution, but it
came up with no answer. Any help would be greatly
appreciated, and thanks in advance. :)
