Shut down problems

Everytime I shut down my PC it shuts down as normal but then turns itself
back on again. Its not a virus as it does it after reformatting my PC and
i've plugged all the button leads into the motherboard correctly.

Anybody have any ideas?
 
Thanks mate it was the "Power on LAN" on the BIOS setup that was causing the
problem!
