Shut Down Problem

Hello,
I was surfing the web when the computer froze. I tried the usual
ctr+alt+delete, but got no response. I pressed and held the power button to
shut the computer down. When I tried to boot it back up, the power light on
the CPU came on, but there was nothing on the monitor. Can anyone tell me
how I can fix this?

It probably means taht some hardware part is faulty
(hardware/motherboard/Hard disc)

If the computer doesnt show up any image it's almost certainly unrealated to
windows.
