Upgraded to Windows 2000 from NT and computor will not
shut down, have to unplug system. Has anyone got any
answers?

Thanks

We had the similar problem. We added a new shorcut on the
desktop, the location of the item is
c:\winnt\system32\rundll.exe user.exe,exitwindows (you
need a space between rundll.exe and user, exe). After
setting that up there will be an icon on your desktop that
we call shutdown, you double click on the icon and it
shuts your system down for you. Hope this helps.
