Shut down error message

When I shut down Win XP, I get error message that
End Program SdcSchedulerWi...
End Task or Cancel Buttons
What is this and how do I repair?

A program that was running (looks like a scheduler,
maybe?) was not gracefully shut down before the system
shut down, nor was it responding to requests for the
system to shut it down. If you can track what the program
is, you can:

1) manually terminate it before shutting down the system
2) uninstall it of you don't need it
3) just press "end" and terminate the program
