Show Office Clipboard?

B

Bob Newman

Office 2003

Frequently after a cut & paste a panel comes up on the right hand side of
the screen showing the Office Clipboard. I hate this, I don't want it, I
click the options box at the bottom and deselect "Show Office Clipboard
Automatically". I see no save button and a few days (or weeks) down the
road it pops up again with that choice selected again.

Help please... I want to get rid of this box once and for all.

Try selecting Collect without showing Clipboard. Make sure you are not using
the Hotkey shortcut for Show Clipboard: Cntl+C pressed twice. Same as Copy
shortcut except for press once. Use a right click to copy or cut and paste
instead of the shortcut key.

How many places have you multi-posted this message? And how is it related
in any fashion to Outlook?

1st, I posted to Outlook as that is where it happens 90% of the time. I am
unsure if this is because I used Outlook most often or for another reason.

I apologize for the multi post but I was unsure if it was an Office or
Outlook problem. (I posted to the wrong Office group thus the double
there). I will try not to do it again.

I thought it would be a simple problem. I can't believe no solutions from
any of 3 groups.
