2007 Message Ribbon Bug

We have a user in the office who has a Send Button on the Message Ribbon. I
can not figure out how it got there or how to remove it. The button sits on
the left side at the start of the menu, where other user have the Paste and
Clipboard options. The Paste and Clipboard options still exist, they are just
moved to the right. The menu now starts, Send Button, Paste & Clipboard, etc.
So when the user opens up a new message there are 2 send buttons. Any advice
on how to remove this?

and I'll bet the user complains that she accidently sends mail when she hits
reply because the cursor is over Send? :) I have no idea what is going on
with the extra send. Someone else has the same thing (her complaint was
accidental sending because of it) and we never figured out why it was there
or how to remove it.

Yes, that is exactly what is happening.

I'll bite but not sure if I would be able to solve it if Diane got stuck as
well ;-)
Sorry for the long list of questions :-D

Do you happen to have a screenshot for me?
What is the exact Outlook version reported in Help-> About?
Any indication what was changed before she came across this issue?
How are things in Outlook Safe Mode? Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe
Does it happen when you create a new/additional mail profile for that user
(same mailbox is fine)?
When another person logs on to that computer, do you have the same issue?
If you have Roaming Profiles enabled, what happens when she logs on to
another computer?
