Clipboard keeps opening in Word 2003

Tired of this issue.

Show Office Clipboard Automatically keeps reappearing, checking itself
over and over again. I uncheck it, I uncheck Show Office Clipboard
When Ctrl+C Pressed Twice, and they magically check themselves again.
And again. And again.

I hate Microsoft. Lotus AmiPro in 1993 was better than Word 2003 is.

I haven't seen this particular issue, but whenever settings don't stick in
Word, deleting the Data key in the registry is worth trying. See
