Show/Hide Hidden Icons help

Webroot's "Window Washer" has an icon down in the Notification Area of the
tray that will NOT stay put! Every 5 or 6 times I start the computer, it
pops up down there, even though I have commanded it to "Always hide" under
the Customize button. Other icons I have 'always hidden' stay put, but this
one keeps magically reappearing. What gives?
