Should the three accounts, which are Guest, HelpAssitant,SUPPORT388945a0, be
configured strong passwords to enhance the security of OS?

Should I disable Guest & default Administrator to enhance the security?

Turn theGuest account off.
Put a password on default administrator and dont lose it.One day when your
normal acct acts up you will need it to start XP.
Leave the other Accounts alone......or turn them off.

Guest should definitely be disabled. I’m not sure if you should or
can disable the Administrator account. As a general rule, all
accounts should have a strong password.

You need the default administrator account to fix serious
problems, but you can and should assign a strong password
and it is also useful to rename the account so if a hacker
does get on your computer they won't be able to as easily
find the account.
