Should I buy my own server?

I have 20 client sites (and more on the way). Should I invest in my own server or continue paying others to host for me? If I should buy one, where should I look or what would you buy? I use FP 2003.
 
If you want to have you own server, check with your current host to see if they offer managed
hosting.

Have you costed this out to find out what your break-even would be? My guess is that it will be a lot more than 20 clients - unless you're gonna charge them a lot. Why not look into renting dedicated rack space - leave the headaches to others.
