Shotdown of WinXP

Hi folks,
I running a Pentium 166MHz (!) with WinXP HE SP1. Two months all was OK.
But now I can't shotdown WinXP. Everytime WinXP let the PC reboot!
Could anyone outhere help me?

First off, even if we did help you, it would take weeks to find out if it
worked if you really have Windows XP Home working on a Pentium I 166MHz
machine. That had to be painful in the first place. A new definition for
SLOW.
