Shortcuts Dont Work

I recently deleted some file because they were infected with a virus and now when I click on some shortcuts on the task bar or on the start menu I get the message "cannot find c:\program files\xxxxxxxxx

Ive looked in explorer and all the files still exist and even when I click on them I get the same message.

Can anyone help???
