Shortcut Tooltips problem

I seem to have messed up my registry or something. It used to be when I did a
mouseover on a Desktop or Quick Launch icon, the Tool Tip or Balloon Tip
showed only what I had entered in the "Comment" field of the Shortcut
Properties, or the path to the program if nothing was in the Comment field.
Now, it shows this for EVERY shortcut:

Type: Shortcut
whatever comment I entered, or path to program
Date Modified: 07/01/2006 12:00PM
Size: 100KB

How can I get it to do what it used to do?

Click Start, Run and type:

regsvr32 /i shell32

Press Enter.
