Shortcut to Program that was Removed

Hello,

I created a shortcut (Ctl-Alt-S) to a search program. I them removed
the search program and tried applying the same shortcut to a different
search program. When I pressed Ctl-Alt-S, a dialog box came up
searching for the target. It couldn't find it and asked me if I
wanted to delete the shortcut. I said yes. Then when I tried to
attach Ctl-Alt-S to the new program, it wouldn't take (kept going back
to "None").

Does anyone know how to rectify this?

Thanks.

Bruce,

Try this utility:
http://www.rjlsoftware.com/software/utility/shortcutkeys/

RJL Software - Software - Utility - Shortcut Key Explorer - Screen Shots:
http://www.rjlsoftware.com/software/utility/shortcutkeys/screenshots.shtml

It lists all of your current Windows shortcut keys and information about them. From here you can double-click on any of the list items to change the shortcut key or modify other properties about the shortcut.
