shortcut to activate "mark comments with"

hi,
is there a shortcut that will activate the "mark my comments with"
when I have already clicked reply or before I click reply. I've
accidentally triggered it a couple of times, but can figure out what it
is.
 
Version of Outlook?

Could it be happening because it only works with HTML formatted replies?
