Is it possible to tell Windows to leave out the words "shortcut to" when
making a shortcut?
Is it possible to make shortcuts that refer to a relative position,
without using a drive letter? For example, can I have a shortcut in
c:\foo\ that points to C:\foo\bar\test.txt , without refering to "C:\",
so that the shortcut stays the same if I move foo\ to a different drive?
