Shortcut keys is not working

I need help to re-set shortcut keys...Shift+arrow key is not working in excel
speardsheet...The transition box is uncheck. What else can be wrong? Please
help

Besides Transition Navigation Keys option,
there keys that can also make your keyboard misbehave.
Scroll Lock, Num Lock, Caps Lock
you should see the indications both on lights on the keyboard,
and on your status bar at the bottom right of your worksheet.

Turn off scroll lock.
