Shortcut for Offer remote assistance?

I have a shortcut for offering remote assistance in XP, a file type
HCP://

This appears to not be a supported URL type in vista...anyone get
around this?

you can do the same things by running the following in your shortcut

MSRA.exe /expert

additional command lines available just a /?
