Shortcut does not work after IE 7 Upgrade

I have a shortcut to an Access database on my network but it does not work
after upgrading to Internet Explorer 7. I know this to be the problem
because I've removed IE 7 and the shortcut now works. Any suggestions?

I should have said Target, not command. What is in the Target line in the
shortcut properties?

I seemed to have fixed the problem. It had to do with disabling the open
file security warning. The link to the solution is:
