shortcut arrows

My shortcut arrows changed yesterday from the black on white arrow to a
double white on blue arrow. Not all shortcuts on the desktop changed but all
of my saved documents that are shortcuts changed I tried Tweak UI to try and
change them but it would not work. Any suggestions?
 
Did you use Tweak UI 133? If so, have you tried rebooting and then
reapplying the default arrow? You could also try the repair function and
rebuild the icon cache.

Thanks but I figured it out it was my Picassa I had to configure the photo
viewer. Anyone else who has this problem just go to "Configure Picassa Photo
Viewer" in All Programs and uncheck file types
 
Ignore the Picassa comment. You were correct Dave It was Norton 360 v. 3
installed with backup icon overlays enabled. Thanks
