Shopping Cart - #2

Hi...

I asked for suggestions on shopping carts a few days ago, and most people
suggested Candy Press. It does seem very good, but I'm having trouble
configuring it because I am not hosting my site yet. Are there any others
that can be completely configured in FP before the site is uploaded? I
heard about one called Pageville that is basically a plug-in for FP- any
input on that one?

Hi - I am NOT an expert, but I have used www.mals-e.com with great
satisfaction. It works by placing forms with hidden fields and 'buy"
buttons where ever you have an item you want to sell. Mal's E-Commerce Cart
can be set up to use credit card gateways, shipping, order tracking,
integrated with QuickBooks.... I've been very happy. Especially because
the design of the site is totally up to you. I started using the cart back
in March when I first started designing my site and I just put it on the web
last week. I was able to "order items" and test the cart from my site on my
computer, I just couldn't test my return links until the site was online.
