I keep having a SEARCH site, 2020search.com, hijacking my
search browser. It won't let me change preferences, so
how do I get rid of it and stop it from coming back?

I was on this website with the solution:

A. To uninstall the 2020Search Toolbar, please follow
these steps outlined below:

open Internet Explorer
click on the 2020Search button on the toolbar
a drop-down menu will appear
click on "Uninstall"
the uninstall program will run and remove the toolbar
