Help me get rid of Shopnav please

everytime an online page is unavailable, the browser goes
straight to a search engine called Shopnav, can someone
please help me to get rid of this. Thanks

You may need to fix your registry after that:

1) Restores the missing Tabs in IE (usually spyware related)
2) Unlocks the grayed-out Home Page section
3) Removes the Administrator message in Internet Options
