Shift Calender

I am looking to see if Outlook can do s shift calendar? I work a 4 day on 4
day off rotation and would like to see if outlook can do this without doing
each set of days separately. I have been doing the sets separately and it
gets to be a pain, just asking for advice.

Thanks
Doug

Outlook doesn't do shift calendars but if the pattern is always 4 on, 4 off
and the same time span (ie, 8 -5) you can use recurring appointments.
Either 1 appointment each of the 4 days, recurring every 8th day or 1
appointment for 4 days, recurring every 4. (My preference is to make 4 -
one for each workday.)

Also, it's recommended that you always set an end date on recurring
appointments. For something like this, I'd end it at the end of the yr (this
late in the yr, end it next yr) and make new ones for each year.
