Shell Extensions for File Names with No File Extension

Does anyone know of a way to to set notepad in WIN XP
registry to open files with no extension.
 
See attached file. Which of course you can'r see but that's your choice.
 
If you didn't want to help answer my question, why did
you bother to reply to it in the first place. sorry that
I'm not an all knowing guru such as yourself.

Because I had already had it ready to go before I did the moron check. Go elsewhere and stop wasting people's time. You expect me to post, wait, find my post, examine the source, create a link, test it (and so download the message again), create a new post with a link to the previous post because you are sooooo lazy.

The file is there, if you want it go get it.
 
last question, is there a way to view the file you posted
if my IT department has port 119 blocked.
