Sharpdesk Network Scanner Tool Error.

Every time I go to run the Network Scanner Tool in
Sharpdesk it give me a Error "Unable to start the
application--the Java Virtual Machine cannot be loaded.
Class not registered.
I have tried reinstalling Java2RE V1.4.2.03 without any
luck. Any Idea's ?
