Sharing templates

Running Office 2007 on XP Pro.
Want to create a template that is accessible to all users of our school
machines. Want to store centrally, not in each user's profile. Any advice?

You can create a folder somewhere on your network and on each machine, set
the Workgroup Templates location (Tools>Options>File Locations) to that
folder.

Be aware though, if you do this, you will not be able to update the template
if any user has a document open that was created from that template.
