Sharing problems

My XP can't see my 2000's hard drive.

They are both in the same workgroup and both see each other. and yes, both
hard drives are shared. But the XP
won't see the 2000's hard drive. Even though the 2000 will see the XP's
hard drive.

my apologies, i meant to say, that when i check the permissions box, it says
that "haring has been set for administrative purposes. these cannot be
set."

which is weird, i never made any new users, its a fresh install. and if i
go to LOG OFF, it says, log off administrator...so what gives?

any clues? anyone, anyone, anyone? bueller?
 
What happens if you click the New Share button and call it 'C'?
