sharing printers

We had 2 computers connected and sharing files and printers.
Then 1 caught the virtual bouncer and ended trahing everything.
Did a total and fresh installation of Windows XP.
Did all the updates.
Now I can't get the 2 computers to see each other.
I used the network wizard on both. Still no connect.
A hub is connected to the internet and both computers connected to the hub.
Both computers browse the internet fine.
What steps can I take now?

When you did your clean install, did you:

a. Remember to create an identical user account and password to match
those on the other computer?

b. Remember to make both workgroups identical?

c. Share out appropriate resources?
