I have a Lexmark Z73 connected to an XP Home PC & want to share with a Win98
PC.
When setting it up on the Win98 PC, it wants to go through the saetup, like
it's attached to the Win98 PC & of course doesn't find the printer because
it's connected to the other PC.
I don't want/need all the other functions, scanning, etc., just to be able
to print.

Install the win98 drivers locally then tell the printer to use the
network not the local port [LPT1 USB whatever it uses] from the ports
tab in properties.
