sharing of inbox outlook 2003

hi

can someone tell me if i can do the following?

1. i am allowed access to another persons inbox
2. from that inbox i would like to add contacts for that
person in that persons contacts (not my contacts)

if this can be done, how do i do it?

Are there any microsoft documents i can follow?
