Sharing my customized form, outlook 2003

Outlook 2003.

I use a contact from i've customized.

Using 4team corps. Share Outlook to share contacts.

I have to copy or install this custom form on the machine
i'm sharing to, in order for the contacts i'm sharing to
open in the customized form.

I've been through everything i can think of. I can go to
forms manager and "save as" my custom form...but the
files types to which it save, do not then install on the
other machine, using the "install" button in forms
manager.

Really desperate for a solution. Really appreciate any
help, even to (e-mail address removed).

You need to use the Tools | Forms | Publish Form to publish the form to the Personal Forms library for each user who needs to use it.
