Sharing ISP

Please can anyone assist with the following??,

I have set up an administrator and guest accounts on XP
but am unable to access my ISP via the guest account. It
appears on the desktop in the shared folder but not on
the programmes listed via the start menu within the guest
account.

By default, the "Guest" account does not have dial up internet access. See
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm and scroll down to Keep RAS
Connection within Fast User Switching. This small utility by MVP Kelly will
allow you to make the Registry change necessary for the dialup connection to
stay active when switching users. Once this fix is run, you can log into
any account that does have dial up access, connect to your ISP, then log off
and log in on the Guest account, or use Fast User Switching to switch to the
Guest account.
