Sharing Games

I know this has a simple solution, but until I get it, I'm
the only one who feels simple.

I am the "Administrator" of a computer running Windows
2000 Pro. I installed a game (Half-life) under my user,
but can't let anyone else play it under their user.

What on earth can I do. I have already gone to every
folder I can see, even subfolders, and changed
their "sharing permissions".

I'm not sure on this, but the only way to have the other users have it work
correctly is to install it again under their account.
