Sharing DVD Drive over network

2 Questions

1. After setting sharing and permissions I'm unable to view DVD+RW
drive on my other networked computer. I get a message that I don't
have permission to access the drive

2. When I gain access to my DVD+RW accross my network, will I be able
to copy files from a networked computer to the DVD+RW?
