Hello all - we are looking to start using BCM 2007 for our small business and
would like to share the database from our Network Attached Storage device
(Buffalo Technologies RAID5 Setup). Is this possible, since this is a
OS-less device, or can it be only shared from an actual PC?

Thanks!

Sue,

Many of us are using older versions of SBS and SQL. How about SBS2003 PE
with the SQL version that came with it. I don't even know which one it is. My
SBS version is the one before the R2 release.

You are referring us to a public newsgroup. That newsgroup is almost like a
black hole. Getting a qualified answer is well unpredictable.

Can Microsoft please consider to add BCM / Office Accounting / SBS2003 to
the managed newsgroup service?

All these newsgroups are public newsgroups. There is no BCM expertise in this group, nor in microsoft.public.outlook.contacts, at least none that I've seen in reading thousands of posts.

If you have a retail version of Office 2007, I suggest that you file a support incident on this issue. Unlimited support for Office/Outlook 2007 is free for the first 90 days after activation. See http://support.microsoft.com/gp/vista_supoffnew for more information on this support policy.
