Business Contact Manager

Been using Outlook 2007 for months on Visa PC (32bit). Today for the first
time when I went to open Outlook 2007 it loaded very slowly and I got the
following message"

"Business Contact Manager for Outlook could not connect to the Shared
database. Do you want to Work Offline?"

If I click NO....Outlook loads, but slowly.

If I click Yes.......Outlook will load, but again slowly and I then Get this
message:

"Business Contact Manager database cannot be loaded. data is not Online. Do
You want to change the database configuration?"

I click NO to this 2nd message because I have no idea what all this means
and that being so the last thing I want to do is make chnages.

Does Bus Contact Mgr access a database online and does this mean there is a
problem with that database and this problem that I am encountering has
nothing to do with my Outlook Software? I just need to wait for Microsoft to
correct the database problem at their end?

Is there a way to disable Bus Contact Mgr until this database problem is
corrected? I tried going into TOOLS\TRUST Center and DISABLE Bus Contact
Mgr...but get the message it can't be disabled ...something about a Regisery
key.

Suggestions.........Steps to take to correct this problem......

I'll reply to my question......

I did some research on how to Disable Bus Contact Mgr.....and went to Data
File Mgt in Outlook and noticed the Bus Cintact Mgr data File had a different
name. yesterday I changed the name of my PC....and the Bus Contact Mgr data
File was still showing the OLD Name. I chnaged my PC's name back to the OLD
name...and Outlook 2007 loads fine. I would have thought that when I changed
the PC's Name that the chnage would be updated in other software, to include
Outlook.

If I want to go back and change the PC's Name.....in order for Bus Contact
Mag to Load.....should I:

1) Delete the Current BCM DataFile that now displays the OLD PC Name (I
have not used\saved anything in the current BCM Datafile).
2) Follow the Instructions to Create a NEW BCM DataFile with my Profile?
The instructions read the new BCM File will automatically create a name (so I
am guessing that name will pick up the NEW PC Name...correct?)
