Sharing and Security

Hi,
While poking about researching file sharing to help a friend , I noticed
the following in my own C drive settings / SHARING

Share This Folder is selected
Share Name C$
Comment Default Share
User Limit Max Allowed.

Is this correct ? I don't have a home network but I do have a Guest Account
activated on WinXP Pro.
TIA!!
