I have a Win2K server and I would like to connect 10 computers to it. I
would like all computers to have their own internal (non-routable) IP
address (the 10.0.0.0 range).

I also have a high speed modem. I would like to connect all computers to
the server and also have all computers access the internet. How do I do
this? Is there a proxy involved? I would like to stay away from ICS if
possible.

Thanks for any help in advance.

You will need proxysoftware like ISA 2000.
Install DHCP on the server and let the clients obtain an IP automatically.
