Sharing a Public Calendar

Our office recently began using Exhange Server to enable our employees
to share information. I have been entrusted with the responsbility to
set up calendars, contacts, etc. for our employees to share, apart from
each person's individual calendars, contacts, etc. Our IT guy showed me
how to set up a calendar in public folders for everyone to enter
vacation/time off into. I have created this calendar and entered
several requests. My question is, is there any way to view this
calendar other than having to go to the folder list, then public
folder. I guess I'd really like to know if there is any way to add a
calendar (or other type of item) from a public folder to be viewed when
I click Calendars (which takes me to my calendars). I've searched the
web for info on this and haven't been able to find much. I'd
appreciate any suggestions or explanation anyone can offer.
