Sharing a mailbox

How can I make my Outlook mailbox visible within public
folders, for my PA to be able to access my email without
having to actually log on as me.

What version of Outlook?

You can't make your mailbox show up in public folders, but you can share it
with her. Does she need rights to the whole mailbox, or just your inbox? For
the latter, right-click on inbox, permissions, add her mailbox and give her
the rights you want (reviewer=read only, etc). Then she can go to file |
open | other user's folder | <yourmailbox>, inbox.
