Sharing a dial up?

I have a desktop (windows ME) and a laptop (windows XP) I
wish to connect them to each other (I'm convinced I can do
this). And I would like to connect both to the internet at
the same time. Is this possible on dial up?

Yes, use ICS on the Me box...which I presume is connected to your current ISP via the dial modem...
