Sharing a customized menu

How do I save a customized menu that can be shared with a particular
workbook? I only want it to show up on this workbook and not remain on
the other person's machine once the book is closed. I would also like to
be able to temporarily remove some of the standard menus in the
workbook. Can this also be done?
