Sharing 2007 Calendar with user with 2003

I have right clicked on my shared calendar and invited the person to share it.
When the user clicks on the webcal link they get the error: The page cannot
be displayed.

What is the easiest way to share a 2007 calendar with a 2003 user.

Is this an Internet Calendar? If so then unfortunately Outlook 2003 doesn't
have that capability - it was introduced in Outlook 2007.
