Sharepoint Designer vs. Expression Web

I know this question has been asked several times but I thought I would ask
again.
What are yout thoughts on SPD and EW? I am still debating on which tool to
move to or, if I need to worry about moving. Right now I use FP for all of
our company web work.
We recently installed SharePoint for an internal use. Another person is
running the Sharepoint site and will be starting to use SPD for that. I am in
charge of all the external we work and will be using EW. Is that a good
solution or should I also think about switching to SPD instead of EW?

How about HTML and CSS instead?

EW will work just fine.
However, since you have SharePoint services available I would go with SPD.
I have both installed on my machine, and to be honest, SPD combines the best of FrontPage
and the best of Expression Web.
