Shared Viewing For Outlook Tasks

Outlook 2003, SP2 - Standard Edition

Is it possible to create a shared view for open tasks?

(Tasks are assigned to individuals in our office. The status (task
completion) of the task should be private however the all members should be
able to see who is assigned to the task).

Outlook doesn't provide any way to display partial information about items in a folder. It's all or nothing.
